Drum Pads from Pine wood Logs

What can you do from a log of wood? Make fire? Carve it into a piece of art? Pick up Arduino and transform into an awesome drum kit? Wait, what?? Yes, here we are, telling you how to create music right from pinewood logs. By the way, creating drum pads right from pinewood logs has been done in the electronic and coding way and not in the way the jungle Phantom does.  Also, using pine wood doesn’t make this piece of electronic music any less than the ones you come across every now and then.  Deriving its working power from Arduino, these drum pads contain piezo elements and have power and audio sockets for their respective tasks

The fun with this gadget starts right from the moment you get the pine wood logs home. Arduino programming and customizing the logs would be quite interesting to do too. Imagine the power which open source gives to a budding musician here. No considerations to professional brands of music when you can actually rock around the house with the help of Nature and curiosity.
These drum pads have been DIY’ed by Cornbeast, a family loving electronics enthusiast who does realize that this project definitely carries out a tendency to be customized in better ways and how can it take down the whole neighborhood with some rocking music.
